Extend Through Upgrade Flat Fee MLS Plan Info

If your listed property does not go under contract within the listing period, and you wish to keep your property listed in the MLS, you must choose one of our other ADDvantage MLS listing programs to extend listing.

You will be offered a courtesy extension/upgrade Promo Coupon for $0 off, but it will only be valid until the listing expires, at which point you will need to upgrade at full price.
