Pasco County is located North of Pinellas and Hillsborough County and South of Hernando County. The Gulf of Mexico borders its West side and the Cotee River runs through downtown New Port Richey which is host of the annual boat parade and Chasco Festival. The county seat of Pasco is Dade City.
