Sellers should be aware that realtor.com listings cannot contain the phone number of the seller who is listed flat fee MLS and in realtor.com. Because we have our sellers' best interests at hand, we've written specific software that enables buyers direct access to a seller's FSBO listing via realtor.com. When a potential buyer views a FSBO listed property on realtor.com, in the detailed view there is a section that contains the Listing Agent's company information. We've developed scripting that redirects the buyer who is searching property for sale on realtor.com, and when a visitor clicks on the “Visit Website” link, the incoming link is read via our scripting and redirects it directly to the seller's FSBO property listing located on getmoreoffers.com where buyers can access seller contact info and more detailed info about the property.
