-Phil Clayton Raleigh, NC
We sold our house in less than 7 days when we listed our home as a flat-fee MLS listing with Advantage Realty. We saved 3.6% in commissions. One of the main advantages for us to list our home as a flat-fee MLS listing was that it allowed us to price the home where it would sell fast. Instead of paying the listing agent the extra money, we were able to lower the price of the home to sell fast.
-Tim & Pam Morgan Garner, NC
When we began to sell our house as a FSBO we were only getting an occasional showing. We didn't want to pay a full brokers commission but were willing to pay a commission to a Realtor who brought us a buyer. We had heard that Advantage Realty Services would list our property on the MLS for a flat fee. We contacted Clay at Advantage Realty and he listed our property on the MLS. In less than two weeks we had multiple offers. After contemplating all the offers on the table, we went under contract immediately and ended up saving well over $14,000 in commissions.
