With SOLO, we get you listed in the MLS and you'll represent yourself. With either plan, our customer support is 5-star!

Set your list price & buyer’s agent commission

If listing with PRO, our experts will perform a CMA and do a price consultation with you. Our broker will collaborate with you on a pricing and commission strategy. SOLO sellers: you'll determine your listing price and Buyer's Agent offer of compensation (if you wish to offer one*).

Fill out your data & sign your listing agreement

Our forms are 100% electronic so you'll fill out everything online-ideally on PC/laptop. Can't do it all now? Simply fill out what you can and then click Save and Finish Later. The listing agreement will auto-populate data from your listing form. We like easy!

Upload photos

For PRO sellers, your listing comes with a professional photo package! Our Onboarder will contact to to schedule the shoot and we'll take care of the rest! SOLO sellers: simply drag and drop or upload up to 100 photos during signup.
